I grew up watching my dad command a room. He was a professor and a speaker. Brilliant, warm, the kind of person who made complex ideas feel simple and made every person in the audience feel seen. I watched him for years and never thought I would follow that path.
I spent nearly a decade inside large brands like Mattel watching what actually separated the companies that grew from the ones that stalled. Then I left corporate to build businesses of my own.
I hired agencies. I chased tactics. I layered on tools. When things didn't work, I blamed execution.
The truth was harder to admit. I didn't have a system. I had random acts of marketing and random acts of sales. And no amount of effort or money was going to fix that.

I walked into a manufacturing company as a consultant. Revenue had stalled. Sales and marketing were blaming each other. Everyone was busy and nothing was moving.
I asked both sides to define a qualified lead. I got two completely different answers.
It was never the people. Never the effort. Always the structure underneath. I spent the next decade working with 150+ companies across 40+ industries and the same pattern showed up everywhere. Capable teams. Real urgency. Growth that kept resetting instead of compounding.
That frustration became the SPARK System™. And SPARK eventually took me to stages.
My dad passed away in 2020. I think about him every time I walk out in front of a room. The goal is always the same as his: make something complicated feel clear, and make sure everyone leaves with something they can actually use.

I live in Sacramento with my husband Ryan and our two daughters. I have been to over 55 countries, many of them for work, building and advising companies across international markets. Seeing how leaders around the world approach the same growth challenges has shaped how I think about revenue systems in ways that no single industry ever could.

Three keynotes built around one question: why isn’t growth working the way it should?
Most companies treat sales and marketing as two functions that need to cooperate better. That framing is the problem. The SPARK System™ shows leaders what to build instead.
AI doesn’t create structural problems. It reveals them. This keynote shows leaders what AI will find when it arrives, and what needs to be in place first.
Most teams are executing well. They just keep starting over. This keynote explains why, and what structurally needs to change.
